Aprima
contains the active ingredient apomorphine hydrochloride and
works in a completely different manner to other forms of treatment
of erectile dysfunction ( E.D. ). Apomorphine hydrochloride
is known as a dopamine agonist and works by enhancing the
nerve signals that produce an erection. During sexual stimulation,
nerve signals are sent from the brain to the penis. This causes
the blood vessels in the penis to widen and relax producing
an erection. Apomorphine mimicks the action of dopamine, a
naturally occuring chemical neurotransmitter. Neurotransmitters
are responsible for sending signals along nerves. Dopamine
acts on dopamine receptors in an area of the brain called
the hypothalamus causing nerve signals that produce an erection
to be sent to the penis. It is the dopamine enhancing effect
of apomorphine hydrochloride that makes Aprima a truly unique
product. As a result of the enhanced effect of naturally occuring
dopamine, nerve signals to the penis are enhanced ultimately
causing it to become erect during sexual stimulation. Aprima
has certain advantages over traditional treatments of E.D.
such as Kamagra. Aprima dissolves under the tongue in under
10 minutes largely bypassing the normal digestive system.
Its absorbsion, therefore, is not affected by food or alcohol.
This results in much quicker onset of effects, typically in
around 15-20 minutes compared to 45-60 minutes for sildenafil
citrate ( Kamagra ) tablets making sexual activity more spontaneous
and natural. Also, the sublingual absorbsion of the pill is
ideal for people who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Side
effects tend to be very mild for the majority of users while
at the same time remaining a potent and effective treatment
of E.D. Cinical trials have demonstrated an improvement in
erections in at least 88% of participants.
